Located 20 kilometers away from the cultural capital, Pécs, with a view of the Zengő mountain, in the picturesque village of Pécsvárad, stands the Kishosszúrét Guesthouse. Our guesthouse is situated on a beautiful estate spanning 30 hectares, complete with its own lake and dedicated to the breeding of special sheep breeds. The fish-filled lake is exclusively available for the residents of our guesthouse to enjoy a bit of sport fishing!
We offer a total of 15 accommodations across 3 apartments: Szalma (4-6 people), Széna (3-5 people), and Szelence (2-4 people). Our kitchens are well-equipped, providing a home-like experience. The spacious living rooms, adorned with numerous windows, and the impressive wood-burning stove in the Széna apartment, create a perfect setting for enjoyable conversations. Our brand-new Szelence apartment is a self-contained unit with an open layout, a covered terrace, a spacious private bathroom, and a wooden barrel bathtub.
In the shared wellness area, you'll find a heated wooden barrel, a 5-person jacuzzi, and an infrared sauna, all waiting to pamper you, along with a covered terrace. Your beloved pets are also warmly welcome. We proudly accept Szép Card.

Szalma apartment
A 60-square-meter house section includes 2 rooms with 180x200 centimeter queen-sized beds, each with its own bathroom. Between them, there is a shared area that combines a kitchen and a living room. The sofa located here can be transformed into a full-sized bed (180x200) for 2 persons. This area opens up to a 30-square-meter terrace covered with a private pergola and equipped with an outdoor fireplace. The Szalma Apartment is suitable for 4+2 persons. The common wellness section offers amenities such as a 2-person infrared sauna, a 5-person jacuzzi, and a 6-8 person barrel bath.
Széna apartment
A 60-square-meter house section includes a larger room with a 180x200 centimeter queen-sized bed and a 90x200 centimeter single bed. The high-ceilinged communal area houses the kitchen and the fireplace-equipped living room. The sofa in this area can be converted into a full-sized bed (180x200) for 2 persons. From the living room, a balcony door leads to the 30-square-meter covered terrace. The Széna Apartment is suitable for 3+2 persons. The common wellness section offers amenities such as a 2-person infrared sauna, a 5-person jacuzzi, and a 6-8 person barrel bath.
Szelence apartment
An open-space, 60-square-meter entirely separate house with a 20-square-meter covered terrace. The spacious private bathroom features a wooden barrel bathtub. The sofa in this area can be converted into a full-sized bed (180x200). The apartment is suitable for 2+2 persons. The common wellness section offers amenities such as a 2-person infrared sauna, a 5-person jacuzzi, and a 6-8 person barrel bath.
Whole house
By combining the Szalma and Széna apartments, there are 3 separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a total of 11 beds. The common wellness section offers amenities such as a 2-person infrared sauna, a 5-person jacuzzi, and a 6-8 person barrel bath.
Whole estate
In total, combining the Whole house and the Szelence apartment, there are 15 beds available. The common wellness section offers amenities such as a 2-person infrared sauna, a 5-person jacuzzi, and a 6-8 person barrel bath.
